Thank you

for being here.

WELCOME.

As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I support individuals, teens, and families in seeking deeper connection with themselves, within their relationships, and in cultivating a life aligned with their values, grounded in presence, and guided by a felt sense of coherence.

My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, integrative model that honors the inner wisdom and lived experience of the individuals I serve. I draw from a constellation of supportive modalities to nurture healing across mental, emotional, physical, and energetic dimensions. This includes supporting clients in uncovering stories, beliefs, emotional patterns, and imprints that shape their present-day experiences. Often rooted in early life experiences or trauma, these internal narratives can contribute to cycles of disconnection, low self-worth, limiting beliefs, nervous system dysregulation, chronic illness, and relational difficulties.

Healing often begins with connection—to our breath, our body, the present moment, and one another. As this sense of connection deepens, we may begin to return to our innate wholeness, reclaim our voice, and move through life with greater presence, peace, and purpose. I believe therapy is not only a space for healing, but also a sacred space for remembering what it means to be fully human—to feel, to grow, and ultimately, to come home to ourselves.
