Thank you

for being here.

WELCOME.

As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I’m devoted to supporting individuals in reconnecting with their most essential sense of self, cultivating a life that feels aligned with their values, rooted in presence, and deeply connected to a felt sense of belonging and inner peace.

My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, integrative model that honors the inner wisdom and lived experience of the individuals I serve. I draw from a constellation of supportive modalities to nurture healing across mental, emotional, physical, and energetic dimensions. This includes supporting clients in uncovering the unconscious stories, beliefs, emotional patterns, and imprints that shape their present-day experiences. Often rooted in early life experiences or trauma, these internal narratives can contribute to cycles of disconnection, low self-worth, limiting beliefs, nervous system dysregulation, chronic illness, and relational difficulties.

Within a safe and compassionate therapeutic relationship, we may explore what lies beneath your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and sensations. Healing often begins with safety, when we feel connected to our breath, our body, the present moment, and each other. As this sense of connection deepens, you may find yourself returning to your innate wholeness, reclaiming your voice, and moving through life with greater presence, peace, and purpose. I believe therapy is not only a space for healing, but also a sacred space for remembering what it means to be fully human: to feel, to grow, and to come home to ourselves.
